Shipping policy

Where we deliver. We deliver by courier to addresses within South Africa only.

Delivery times. Orders are delivered within 10 to 15 working days of payment confirmation (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). Delivery times are estimates, and courier delays outside our control can occur. We will let you know of any major delay.

Delivery cost. Delivery costs R49. Orders of R750 or more ship free.

Tracking. Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email, with tracking information where available.

Delayed or lost orders. If your order has not arrived within 15 working days, please email us with your order number and we will investigate with the courier.

Delivery address. Please check your address carefully at checkout. We are not responsible for parcels delivered to an incorrect address you supplied, but we will help redirect them where possible.
